Growing another head

So this happened last month (I guesstimated the date) as I was on a cruise. I was eating all of the cruise food and somehow it gave my a parasite. It started slowly taking over my body. Suddenly, I could feel another head growing right on my thigh. I could feel the teeth inside my vag, it was horrible. I could see the corse hair growing on my thigh.
