Cleistrophobia nightmare? Or warning?

Started using elevators again in the last few months... had a nightmare that I was on the elevator i have been using (when i don't still take the stairs)... it was going to fall.. and i started floating? The same float feeling when i go up and get stuck in space... but i was stuck in the elevator... and it never did drop. I just 'knew'it was about to. Probably just my cleistrophobia acting up... i have spent all weekend on the island.. might just be that getting to me. Still not taking the elevator when i arrive for dogsitting today though.

AI generated interpretation Thank you for sharing your dream. It seems like your dream could be a manifestation of two things - your fear of confined spaces (cleistrophobia), and a warning about the elevators you use. The fear of elevators is common in people with cleistrophobia. The nightmare of the elevator falling could be a representation of your fear of losing control in a confined space. However, it is important to consider the possibility that your dream could be a warning about the safety of the elevators you use. The fact that you have started using elevators again in the last few months suggests that your fear has been somewhat manageable. However, it is natural for this fear to resurface, especially as you approach an elevator that you associate with the fear. The float feeling you experienced when you felt like the elevator was going to fall could be a representation of the feeling of losing control in an enclosed space. At the same time, it is important to acknowledge that your dream could be a warning. It is hard to determine if your dream is symbolic or literal, but it may be worth checking with the building staff or the users of the same elevator if there have been any safety concerns. Overall, your dream could be a manifestation of your fear of confined spaces or a warning regarding the safety of the elevators you use. It may be worth exploring your fears with a trained professional and actively working on confronting your fears in a controlled environment.
