A Tuxedo For Wee Man

I'm sure an outdoor balcony in the pouring rain. I'm erecting a makeshift shelter out of tarpaulin and placing a mattress underneath it. The rain is coming down hard but I don't feel cold or uncomfortable. Later I am helping Wee Man from Jackass pick it a tuxedo for his appearance at a golf club.
