Gender Reassignment

I am in the home town of my friends Liam and Ryan. A young, blonde woman rides past on a bicycle. When I see my friends they tell me that the woman on the bicycle was actually their older brother who has undergone gender reassignment surgery. I am very shocked to consider that the woman I saw was the man I used to know as Adam
