Bottom Surgery, Betrayal

Blix and I walk into a clinic or something and are waiting in line, and I realize that we're somehow both there to get bottom surgery. I get scared and decide I'm not gonna do it, but Blix decides to go through with it. Later there are children playing and having a communication conflict where one is continuously trying to get the other's attention, and the other is ignoring them and playing with other kids. I feel like I can explain to them why each of them are upset so I try to, and they seem receptive. Then I realize that one of them has just had surgery and I feel bad for trying to have such a potentially intense discussion with them while they're recovering. They're an adult now, but they're not Blix. Then I'm talking to Blix and she is thanking me for encouraging her to pursue something which involves moving far away, I can't remember what. I'm happy for her, but then I gather that she's leaving super soon. I say "wait you're leaving Monday??" and she says "no I'm leaving after London, so I'm leaving on Wednesday!". I get sad, then I was like "you were just gonna not tell me and let me get bottom surgery and just disappear on me??" and she smiles and starts laughing at me. I get really sad, her eyes turn like pale and glassy and she's like evil-laughing at me lol. I was sad and scared and woke up and cried a little. Then I decided I was gonna write down my dream, but waited a minute with my eyes closed and immediately forgot a bunch of it.
