dog gone

i walk by a dog tied to a pole while waiting for its owner and it's so happy to see anyone and i walk by and see that its maybe loosely tied? before i can do anything its taken off and the leash has come off and im holding the leash and the owner comes then and I tell her her dogs gone and when we look back we see the dog in the middle of a very busy road and its getting almost hit and im like panicking and then notice the owner does not give two shits. so i throw the leash in her face like quite aggressively
