The Japanese Van Heist

I'm homeless in Japan, wandering the streets. I find myself on a docked cruise ship and steal food from some of the rooms. I bump into an old friend and together we hatch a plot to steal a van. My friend distracts the people on the boat while I drive away in the van, meeting up with my friend later at an arranged location.
