Heartbroken Loser

I'm on the main street of pubs and clubs in my hometown. It's been a long time since I was here and I feel like an outsider. I'm walking alone and feel quite lonely as I see unfamiliar faces in familiar surroundings. It feels alien to me now. I get a text message from my girlfriend. She is telling me that she doesn't want to see me again. I feel very upset and text her back but receive no reply.
