No hope of capturing most of this. I was in a new college in the year 2000. It was actually still being designed/built by Nick Macias who was, at least at one point, also Mario. And I guess sometimes also Brennan Lee Mulligan. I remembered that I'm usually in the year 2024 these days, so I understood myself as being from the future. Somehow this was allowing me to say a lot of insightful, interesting, entertaining things, and people kept being charmed by me. But at least twice cute people were clearly into me and asked me how old I was and I was like "well currently I guess I'm technically... 14? 😬" (which isn't accurate for the year 2000 but oh well) and they would be like "oh ☹️" and I'd be like damn.. lol. I also did mention I was from the future a couple times but nobody really seemed to register that. I also became Mario Lee Macias' sort of.. I wanna say protege but that's not right, more like just person-who's-interested-in-stuff lol, so he would always show me interesting/new things he was working on. At one point he was like "check out what I'm working on" and started gingerly climbing down into this pretty narrow and very deep vertical cave hole, I waited for him to be pretty far down before I jumped in, I was being much less careful and was kinda just free-falling while also like maintaining safe speed and maneuvering by sort of kicking/pushing the walls as I went. I caught up to Nick as the cave was curving to be more horizontal. He was pretty Mario-esque at the time and I guess considerably smaller than me, and he went through this real tiny looking hole. I got to it and it was clearly too small for me and I was like "uh oh! Nick!?" but then I saw there was a bigger hole underneath it and was like oh nvm and climbed through and then we were in a different part of the campus and I was like "cool!" At another moment I said to Brennan Lee Mulligan "can I ask you something?" and he said "of course" and I said "I know we're currently making season 1 of Fantasy High, which it's really awesome to be a part of, but aren't seasons 2 and 3 already out?" and he was like "it's because they have their own singers in-house." I thought something like 'is it really that hard to find and hire singers?' and I did not think anything like 'there's no singing in this show.' lol. I didn't say anything tho before he continued on, "plus you know Sesame Street has their own established ways of doing things," and I was like "whaaat seasons 2 and 3 were done by Sesame Street??, not us?" and I was bummed lol. Another moment I was connecting with one of the students, can't remember anything about them now, but we decided to try to hide for a while and then I guess explore things after everything shut down? They climbed inside something that seemed like a really good hiding place, and I just tried to duck behind a fence. Also it was immediately night time. I was trying to avoid being spotted by a groundskeeper, I kept thinking my hiding spot was bad so I kept moving, and eventually just ran away to a different part of campus, I guess leaving behind my new friend lol. This may have been the moment where I ended up in the basement bathroom from the OSG, I was standing there quietly in the dark so I guess I was hiding. I then thought I heard someone outside the door and thought "oh shit, no one else is supposed to be in the house, I better be very still and hope they go away, I wish I had something to defend myself" and just stood there all scared and frozen. I had my phone and I was thinking I could try to hit the intruder with it, I did not think of calling the cops or anyone lol. I accidentally dropped a piece of paper in front of the door, and something slowly reached under the door and grabbed it and pulled it out. My heart was pounding and I was hearing all kinds of weird spooky slash electric/mechanical sounds, probably because Estelle has had us watching Murder Drones lately lol. I was pretty sure the sounds were not actually audible but something between ambient scene noise and a hallucination. Eventually it sounded like the person/being outside had gone away, and for some reason I thought fuck it I'm going out and I did and it was fine, I think I encountered someone friendly out there. Also there were people from Buffy around campus and I was like oh shit are they filming a revival/reunion? But now I realize in 2000 the original show was still being made haha. Anyway I kept looking at characters and trying to figure out who Darla was for some reason, but also with my waking brain I'm realizing that most of the characters I was seeing were black women, and I'm also realizing that Buffy had pretty much an entirely white cast 😬 except a couple black male side characters that all had shaved heads for some reason, and also a black woman with dreadlocks who was evil for some reason I think and also I'm pretty sure Buffy insulted her hair?? This is not related to the dream lol it's just unfortunate things I'm remembering about the show. There were SO many other things that happened it was like continuous non-stop and it was really fun and cool and interesting, the campus was just always having so much wild shit going on. Oh I remember someone said something about wishing there was a trampoline and I was like "oh you mean this?" and started jumping on the floor we had all just walked across to get into the room, and it was now a trampoline lol. I think they asked me how I knew about that and that was one of the times I said I was from the future. A lot of other shit that happened was more wacky/supernatural/impressive/weird idek! I'll miss that dream lol.
