Mexican train

I got on a train that went back and forth between the US and Mexico; passengers were getting different procedures depending on where they were from. Mexican passengers were getting cancer treatments and organ removals on the US side and US passengers were getting plastic surgery, dental work and weight loss surgery on the Mexico side. They never left the train. I have no idea why I was there but it was apparently so cool that I dreamed I woke up and told some friends about it lol. They were a couple of travelers, no one I know irl but they reminded me of Bixie because they used to be train hoppers but had settled down in some kind of off grid studio to work out of as artists. They were preparing a delicious dinner for me while I was telling them about the dream. They had a spring fed sink that bubbled on the counter like a fountain and I thought it was so cool. We ate a wild green salad with yellow squash and stuffed oysters. The only thing I remember actually tasting was a sprig of lettuce in some homemade dressing which was delicious. We sat down to eat at an air hockey table lol it was on and lit up.
