Gruesome bottle cap challenge?

So the bottle cap challenge thingy. Where you swing something and it has to take the cap off a bottle. Basically, a guy was standing and had a switchblade, and his friend wanted to do the bottle cap challenge w the other guys arm?? Made sense when I was half asleep. But he swings his arm and then the other guys arm gets cut DEEP and starts gushing blood. And then like. A scar develops out of thin air? Lmao. Idek
