The Electric Mosquitoes​ of Power

I have to kill flying insects to keep the electrical power to the house running. Somehow their death releases electrical current to the lights and appliances. I'm walking around the house stamping on and swatting the mosquito-like creatures. I feel extremely bad about having to do it. I take the bodies of the insects and place them in a tub full of water. The insects start to absorb the water and they slowly come back to life.
