The Horrors Of Public Speaking

I'm standing in front of a crowd of people in a school. The crowd is made up of students and their parents. I have to talk about guitar playing. The structure of the talk is easy, I simply open the floor for questions from the beginning. However, I'm unable to hear any of the questions being asked. The questions are mumbled and incoherent making them impossible to answer. I start to feel embarrassed in front of everyone and just want it to be over.
