Lincoln and i want to a local music theatre and watched some performances of people we knew. We had a dog that some of the performers liked to meet. I spoke with a couple performers who were happy to see us. I went to the bathroom and combed my hair. When I looked in the bathroom mirror I realized the way I parted my hair made me look like a completely different person. I looked like a friend of mine named Colin Z. When I returned to the concert hall I found Lincoln sitting at a table in the back looking overwhelmed by the loud performance. I felt bad for leaving him there alone. We left the building a nd went outside. Someone had tasked me with helping a couple guys sent up a large teepee-shaped tent for a group of people to sleep in. Apparently the tent was set up incorrectly the last time and people were upset. They we’re doing a bad job again an the tent was sagging and unsteady. I adjusted some of the poles and improved the tension against the fabric to force the tent open. I also staked down the tent at key locations to steady it. I used a tarp to provide a dry surface on the interior. I found s rain fly in the tent bag to throw over the whole ring. The tent was in much better shape, and I stepped inside to determine where I would set up my sleeping bag and things. I was excited to bring my little portable stove to make some coffee. I encountered an attractive girl (inside the tent?) who I had think I knew and had a crush on. She reminded me of Alison W. I suddenly realized she was the daughter of a music instructor that I used to know who was always really kind to me when I was younger (he had since passed). I told her that even though music was never my thing, he had always taken the time to ask about me and encourage me in the things I was doing. She was really touched to hear this about her father.
