Why Did I Take Up Jogging?!

I'm running along the streets and having a very tough time. It is a very hot day and I'm wearing far too many layers. I'm also carrying an acoustic guitar in a gig bag on my bag. I'm using a sat nav to navigate my way around the unfamiliar streets. The battery is running really low and I'm regretting having even set out to run. run getting lost very hot.
