The One With My Second Set of Twins

I’m in a house somewhere on FaceTime with my cousin Alex. She’s talking about going to Tito Martin’s show somewhere in the U.S. and about how Sam might fly all the way from Manila for it. Shortly after this, my mom says some kind of sarcastic comment about her “brother.” I ask what Tito Martin did and she explains that he flaked out of the show. I wonder if Sam and Alex will be disappointed but my mom says Alex was in the States already … I’m at the mall in line for Coldstone with Renee. For some reason, I’ve decided that I can’t have any (possibly because I ate Halloween candy) … I’m pregnant. I’ve just found out that I’m having twins again and have told the news to whoever I’m with. I’m suddenly a little sad that I probably won’t get the chance to give birth naturally when one of the babies moves and I realize that I must be much further along than I thought because my stomach contorts intensely and reveals a large body part near my ribs. I feel it and say, “That’s a head!”
