You must get a septum piercing

I was hiking around in some giant park (similar to discovery) w my dad and grandma e. We saw 2 pairs of animal friends I think big lynxes and little birds or mice or something. We were walking sassy on a leash so we picked her up when we passed other animals so she wouldn’t get carried away. At one point we were biking and we passed some lady on the middle seat of a 3 person bike and she looked like she was struggling. I think I was planning to buy a house w grandma e and throughout the whole dream she really wanted me to get a septum piercing bc it would “match the aesthetic of the new house” and I was totally down to do it too. Then we were on some boat tour and we jumped off to swim. Then I tried that thing where you spin around really fast in the water but it made me descend very rapidly down and I couldn’t make my way back up but I realized I was breathing under the water and it wasnt a problem
