A vampire's city

Had a dream that I was pregnant and having twins. Not sure how my boyfriend felt but I was really excited. It was weird though, we lived in this really futuristic city, which was a city that was covered in plants and it was beautiful. It was run by this vampire though and he wanted to kidnap me and "harvest" my babies. We try to escape but he has control of the city and he turns streets into a giant maze and we get trapped. The rest of the dream is is trying to out smart this guy. I felt confident though that we were going to find a way out.
