That's My Rats' House, Not Yours

I'm at home looking at the garden. There is a giant rat cage with two tiers. I walk into the garden to inspect it. In the top tier there are about 12 pet rats sleeping together. However I am outraged to find the bottom tier has two homeless people sleeping in it. I shout at them to get out of the cage and out of my garden. They climb out of the cage and head out of the garden.
