Attacked by raiders

I was in some war where these creatures (not quite zombies, something alien) raided the earth. I was in a mission with my team on an island . We were stranded there because at one point someone betrayed us and our team was ambushed . Most does . 3 of us find this house to hold up in . Our mage on the team appears to die and starts to turn into a tree . What she really was doing was reaching out for help and finding a new body. At that moment we get attacked again and slowly get pushed up into the house until we are on the roof and I am the last one alive. My last friend saved me from a grenade by pushing me out of the way. I kill this past raider and stay on the roof for a long time. At one point I drop my back pack and it falls off the roof and tools into the river behind the house . I have to get it but worried I didn't kill everything . I climb down and find a cat and her two kittens . They come up to me and I pet them . The mom wants to follow but I tell her I'll be right back. I jump into the river and swim to my bag. As I swim a guy calls out but I see behind him 2 bad guys . He turns and kills one but he other is around 8ft tall . I get helped out of the water but I have no weapon. He tells me to run and we will meet soon. Dream fades out
