Friend From a Past Life

I’ve been reading a lot lately about this thing called the galactic federation/Ashtar command. It’s basically this idea that there are intelligent (far more intelligent than us) alien races in outer space. There’s a lot that goes into it but supposedly there are some alien races such as the Pleiadians, Blue Avians, and the Hathors that are full of love and give off that vibe. They try to guide humanity in the right direction. There are also malevolent races such as the Reptilians and some Grays which are said to be devoid of love and driven by selfish desires. I know this sounds like I’ve gone too far down the rabbit hole but idk something about this seems so interesting to me. It’s just always seemed so wrong to me that out of the whole universe, or even our solar system alone, that we are the only intelligent life that exists. Like the governments of the world definitely know things of this nature that they aren’t telling the public. Anyway, a few nights ago I went to bed with the galactic federation concept on my mind. I know I dreamt that night it’s just so hard recalling what happened. I’ve been piecing it together and so far I can remember seeing a tall (approx. 8ft) alien with stereotypical big black eyes and it had shinny white skin (almost like a pearl or opalescent). I can only see glimpses of its face with my memory though. What I remember best is the feeling this entity gave off. I wasn’t scared at all or even that confused really I remember it felt like I was catching up with an old friend from a distant life or something. It was really nice though I knew that whatever it was it had a lot of love for me.
