Extreme Nightmare

Im in the living room of the house I grew up in. I'm with my girlfriend. Suddenly I feel an overwhelming sense of dread. There is a stark electric luminescence to the entire room that I find extremely disturbing. It feels like something paranormal is happening despite the fact I can see no ghosts or other presence. For reasons I can't explain, this is the most afraid I've ever felt.
