~ My dog Zombie was murdered - thrown off the 4 or 5 story apartment building we lived in w/ her leash still on - it hung her. I saw part of her leash (which was crazy-long) on the stairway and grabbed it, calling out for her, when I noticed her mangled deflated body off the side. I knew who had done it. Al was right behind me, and he was now obviously upset, crazy-frantic. Zombie is like a daughter to him. I told him I knew who killed her and we started up the stairs. We broke into the apt of the woman responsible. We checked a couple rooms looking for her when we suddenly heard her walking into the front door w a couple other ppl. Al immediately slid beneath the bed of the room we were in. I hid behind some boxes she had out, w/ the intention of throwing the blanket which was on the floor on top of me. They were too quick though. They had made it into the room so fast all I cd do was kneel behind the boxes hoping they wdnt see me. The woman was w/ an older couple (probably in their 60's). The old woman had a shotgun. And then suddenly the shotgun is in my face. So close I cant even look down the barrel without crossing my eyes. This woman thinks I was hiding there bc I was having an affair w/ her husband. Just as quickly as the shotgun was in my face, her face is just as quickly blown right off. A deep-red stump is now where her head use to be, spots with stringy gooey wet patches of hair hanging from the sides, one spot on her neck bright white where you could see bone. Her knees buckled beneath her and she hit the floor. ~ I grabbed the shotgun she was holding and I put it in the girls face (the one who killed Zombie). I aim it at her as Al and I both back out of the apt and run. ~ I dont quite remember who killed the older woman. I really want to say it was her husband..maybe he saw that she was abt to kill a girl out of pure jealousy, and the husband knowing damn well I wasnt his mistress, had to stop her. Maybe he thought if someone had to die then he wd rather it be the person threatening to kill an innocent person rather than the innocent person. But then where did the shotgun that he used to kill her with, disappear to? But there I go trying to decipher dream logic, lol. I think it's safe to say the husband is the one who blew the womans head off, and from there the second gun simply was no longer there.
