Moving in with my Chem Partner

It starts with me and my chem partner house hunting and choosing a house. I’m not sure what made is choose to buy a house, we only know each other from chemistry. We picked our house and painted Marina and the Diamonds over the door. We added a fancy “P” for Primadonna. Later, I was at home doing Jack Skellington makeup for my friend’s Halloween party. It started at 7 and it was currently 6:45. I was freaking out and doing my makeup wrong. All of the sudden it was 7:15. I thought it was ok to be a little late and kept trying. After more freaking out, the clock struck 10:00 and I realized I’d never get to the party. I didn’t even clean off the face paint and I laid down in bed. My phone read me messages from 3 accounts, all of who I’ve never met. The messages asked to move in with me. I said yes without even consulting Nick, my chem partner. The next day, some old people stopped Nick and I at our house and asked about the Marina and the Diamonds painting. Nick and I went inside to find a person arrived early for our housewarming party. A math teacher from out school and his baby were in our indoor pool, the teacher was telling his baby about electric current in phone chargers. Suddenly everyone was over and I was sitting in a pool with my parents, freaking out over the fact that I invited random people to live with us and they hadn’t even showed up yet. As my parents and I were talking, two did. They were two other people from my chem class. They sat with nick in the hot tub, and I felt a little better bc he might’ve been ok with them moving in with us. My mom asked me “are you ready to be on your own?” I shrugged. “ do you know how to marinate?” she asked me. I freaked out a little, did I really need to know how to do that??? “No, but I’ll learn.” Now I didn’t want to live here. I shouted across the room “NICK, DO YOU KNOW HOW TO DO LAUNDRY??” I know I did, but he also should know. He and the two other guys snickered and he said “maybe not.” I was furious and terrified. “WHAT???” He was more unprepared to live alone than I was. He and his two friends giggled and ran out. I was freaking out. I also remember three dogs talking and running across the street, but I don’t remember the context.
