The One Where Someone Wants My Super Cash

I’m at a random church somewhere when my mom, Brianna, and I are ushered into some sort of overflow area. The guy who leads us in tells us we need to take seats now because the room will fill up quickly. Brianna sits down in what looks like a bizarre, double-seated reclining stool and I try to decide if I can comfortably fit on the other side. We watch the service on a screen. At some point, I’m walking out with two people (I can’t remember who) who are talking about why they’re leaving early. I butt in and say, “I’m leaving early because I have the attention span of a flea.” I find this very funny and am a little disappointed when no one laughs. I end up passing Jaycie and Isak as well as Malia — for some reason, the two of us do finger guns at each other — and think about how crazy it is that my small group girls are getting married. I end up going down an escalator with two people (one of which is possibly Candi or Holly) when someone asks to have my Super Cash. I look down and see several Old Navy bags in my hands and explain that the Super Cash doesn’t start again until August. I pull one of them out and then realize that they’re already valid. I end up walking to a dining room table somewhere and see Evelyn standing there as I sort out my stuff … I’m at my house with Brody and Peyton, who are standing in the living room with me, and my dad, who’s sitting at the dining room table. Peyton mentions the gift we got Devan for Father’s Day and immediately has tears in her eyes. My dad asks what the gift was, and I say, “It was two rattan chairs and two baseball gloves.” (In real life, we actually did get the baseball gloves.) I then make a dramatic frown as I also start tearing up. I show Peyton and we both start laughing. We tell Brody how emotional the gift makes us and he seems pleasantly surprised.
