Cut my phalanges

Dreamt last night that I easily cut off my (left) ring finger. So, to make it even or something I cut off my middle. Then my mom came in & I told her that I could cut my fingers off. To prove to her I cut my index off. It was so weird it cut through like tofu. There was also no blood. Just some pain. Shouldn't watch Grey's Anatomy before sleeping.
