Wanting another and dogs peeing every where

In this dream it seems I was fancying being with a friends husband (in real life no desire what so ever). However, this husband wasn’t the one she is with now. We would slip away for stolen moments. There were also a lot of dogs visiting my place, but not where I live now, and I would see pee puddles everywhere. At one point my husband was being taken away because other people were dismantling a bridge. And I was craving an affair with another woman.
