The One Where Miss Patti Is My Teacher

I’m in a crowded hallway at what’s supposed to be a high school I apparently attend. A friend (a girl — not sure who) and I walk into a massive classroom cluttered with lunch tables pointing toward the ceiling and find Miss Patti from Gilmore Girls there smoking a cigarette and getting ready to teach … I’m with Brody at what’s supposed to be Sara Green’s house for her birthday party. I realize at some point that I have foils on my head, and we start pulling them out as we hear other people coming in. I see my reflection and see that my hair is longer, curlier, and lighter. I also notice that I’m thinner. I go to say hello to Sara’s mom, excited because I haven’t seen her in a long time. She mentions knowing I was pregnant and I reveal it was twins. I expect her to have some sort of reaction to this, but she seems sort of uninterested.
