The One Where Connor Leads Worship

I’m at a beach late at night. Brody, Branden and I are sitting on the sand. They tell me that Branden’s new girlfriend is now living with the Crytzers. Everyone seems to know who she is, but I have no idea. Branden is either really offended or really surprised by this, and I say, “Wow, I must’ve really blocked her out.” Suddenly, the waves start coming in. It’s dark, so I turn my flashlight on and see that there are gold and green rings sticking out of the sand. I desperately start trying to grab them, but the waves keeps crashing down on us. I turn around just long enough to see Zach Pizzi and a random girl (who’s supposed to be his girlfriend) get sucked out into the ocean. I tell Brody that we have to hurry and make it up the hill before the same thing happens to us. I dig my hands into the sand and start army crawling as quickly as I can. I’m tired and very out of breath by the time we get to the top of the hill (even though it wasn’t very far). I lay there panting when I realize that Jess and Candi are to my left. Candi is crying and telling Jess about how Devan asked her to pray for him. Somehow, this has made him her favorite kid ... It’s still dark out, but now I’m sitting on some bleachers outdoors. Connor and Morgan are singing “Raise a Hallelujah” on stage and I’m trying really hard not to laugh because they sound terrible. A large clothing rack is standing a little ways down the hill, and a cute, banana bathing suit (the one I actually saw at Target) is hanging on it. I tell Renee to go look at it because I think it’s adorable ... I’m with my dad in a parking lot, taking pictures of two identical sets of clothes on the hood of a car from the 70s with an old camera. I bought the clothes for twin girls that kind of look like the wife from The Shining. I’m apparently trying to recreate the 70s (which makes no sense because everything around me is from the 70s except for the clothes I bought, which are very current) ... I’m in a really big store with Doug and Willow (we’re there with a group, but they’re somewhere else in the store). I’m trying to pick out Willow’s birthday gift. Doug keeps ruining everything because he shows her stuff that’s really stupid and asks if she wants it (when I’m the one who has to buy the stuff). I ask if she likes to color and she says yes, so I carry her to the art section ... I’m in my bedroom with Brody and Sneaker, looking into my closet. I think about how I hope no one else finds out about how much stuff I have in it because they’ll think I’m a bad person. Brody pets my head and tells me that it’s going to be okay. I start petting Sneaker, and think of the quote, “Remember who you are” (which is from The Lion King).
