Human Sacrifice Ship

I was on a cruise with my dad. The captain was a giant oyster, and every day we had to choose someone to get eaten by him. The crew member who did the choosing (a large man in a plaid shirt) had a very jaunty song he sang while he looked around the assembled passengers for a good candidate. My dad and I started a mutiny and threw the oyster-captain overboard, but I felt really bad about how late it was because by then several people had died. The ship started to sink. I didn’t notice, because I was on the top level of the ship, which was for some reason unaffected, but I came downstairs when I heard people freaking out and the floor was tilting crazily. My dad pointed to another ship on the horizon and said we were going to evacuate to it. I asked if I had time to pack my bags and he said yes, it was a big ship and would take a while to sink. I went back upstairs, where the floor was still perfectly level, and began to fold my clothes neatly and put them in my suitcase. I was driving down a road at night. I arrived at my destination: a large warehouse-like hall with a bunch of tables set up inside. At each table was a vendor with their wares spread out in front of them, sort of like a craft fair, except they were all selling bumper stickers. I went around and bought several bumper stickers, though I don’t remember exchanging any money, so I’m not sure how I paid for them. Then I left and started driving back home. I was back on the cruise ship, and it was night. My dad asked me what I had been thinking, going shopping while the ship was about to sink. I stuffed the rest of my clothes into my suitcase and came downstairs.
