Woke up saying, “Help! Help! Help!”

My husband woke me up and I said, “The person I was with needed medical attention. He had scrubs on. He had dark hair and beige skin tone. He was maybe in his 20’s. He was joking around and then he fell down with his eyes closed, unconscious.
