My Mean Girlfriend

My arm has been broken and it needs to be set in place. My girlfriend has a big gun that fires very fine pins. She has to shoot three of them into my arm to help the bone heal back together properly. I'm extremely scared and on the verge of tears. She is saying I'm being weak. I tell her she is heartless. She fires the pins into my arm. It's painful but not unbearable.
