Embattled Babushka to Baby Head

I was looking at different faces I could choose for my character. I had been rocking this wrinkled old woman face with a huge scar diagonally across the mouth. I checked the next one, not sure how to describe it... Maybe like a botoxed Karen? Lol, then the next face was a literal baby, I selected that one for a sec and checked it out and meagh and I were laughing our asses off at my tiny baby head on my regular body. Earlier there was... Something about a series of videos and video responses, maybe even a video trend of course. I don't really remember anything about that except it was emotional and.... Iteratively transformational?? 🤷‍♀️ Earlier we were.... Exploring some underground place... I think it was like a river? There were creatures, some hostile? Or some we were supposed to be hostile toward? I really can't remember what this part was about either, but I'm pretty sure it was also game-esque.
