Teaching me to see energy

I remember walking along with a woman. She was teaching me how, and subsequently, where to find these energy areas that were hidden temporarily by the ground or brush covering them. Once you're shown how to identify that energy, it became like a visible overlay, or layered onto what we are perceiving with our 👀. It looked like tiny electricity, (similar to the line below the typing area in this app) which pulsed and as we looked around a yard we could see these energy roots under tall grass, that had grown a foot & 1/2 or so before turning beige and laying over: those things. Turned out we could see almost a dozen from where we were standing. Feels like there were other ppl around, some of us pointing to reveal energy places, both in this yard, and another man over near or in the tree line area.
