Visit from Candies

Jeremiah and I was going somewhere for his birthday. We rented a room for the night. Candies was sitting in Nan's lap, when we told Nan goodbye. I picked Candies up to take her with us. I held her the whole time. When we checked in at the hotel, we followed a man to our room. It was weird because he led us through a gymnasium with high school kids studying. As soon as we got to the room, I sat down with Candies and rubbed her little head like crazy. She wagged her tail like crazy. I kissed her head and she kept trying to lick my nose. I said no! And started laughing. It doesn't matter how bad my day is, Candies always comes back. Even in a dream. I miss her.
