The One With Pastor Doug’s Last Gig

I'm somewhere with Brody and the kids when I realize that Elliott is life-threateningly sick. I look at him and see that he looks like a little person (a lot like the son from Little People, Big World), but with extremely short limbs. His head is also growing to a freakish size. I'm sick with anxiety as I hand him over to someone (possibly a medical professional) who's supposed to get whatever he has under control ... I'm at what's supposed to be Ryan and Caley's wedding in what looks like a small, 2010s-style church — dark with colorful lights on the stage. I see that Ryan is shorter and fatter, and Caley — who's in a tacky, navy blue dress — looks a little off as well. Pastor Doug stands between them wearing a flannel shirt. I think about how I haven't seen him since the divorce and wonder why everyone is so casual when I notice that Ryan's cousins, Sam and Jacob, are in his wedding party.
