babysitting some random child

dreamt i was in my car and the passenger side door was stuck open somehow, so i had to hop over to the passenger seat and pull it shut. this woman saw me do it and was like “can you help me do that same thing with something upstairs” and i said sure. because of course i’d help this random woman and go right into her house seconds after meeting her. she took me inside her house and took me to the balcony. she had a black dress ripped in half that was hanging. i told her you can’t just push the dress and have it be fixed. you have to sew it. and she was so thankful i told her that and then begged me to watch her kid and idk how to say no to people so i said i would she left and i was alone with this random child who was just sitting on the floor. so then i realized he probably eats food and i brought some blueberry granola bar out of the freezer and asked if he wanted it. he shook his head no. i knew he was starving though and was just saying no because he was shy. they barely had any food at the house but there was bread. so, i made this peanut butter and jelly sandwich and cut it in half and said “this is my favorite sandwich. do you want some?” and then he shook his head yes and i gave him his half. i didn’t eat my half bc i only acted like i wanted it to make him more comfortable eating if he thought i was gonna eat too and then i told him i forgot that i already ate before i showed up at his house and i wasn’t hungry and gave him my half
