Non-reaction in a park.

Tue, 26 Mar 2019: I was walking through a place and a man did something right in front of me but as he was going by the front of me. It involved RAISED vocals, but don't recall what in particular. There was a man off to my left looking to see what my reaction was. It was something that most people may have reacted to. (Although, because of my experiences, work/otherwise, that I didn't react in a negative or frightened manner.) The guy to my left was fixing his left shoe/lower L leg area. He had a silver/light metal watch L wrist. Grey jogging attire. I got the feeling that they were getting my reaction, or lack there of, to something.
