The One With the Fuzzy Blue Line

I’ve just taken a pregnancy test, which is very big. I watch as the results start to appear — for some reason, longways — and notice two distinctly blue lines. One of them starts to spread in a fuzzy pattern and I wonder if this is an error or if I’m pregnant.
