The One With John Ringchards

I’m in a car on the highway with Renee (somehow, neither of us is driving) when she points out a ring on my finger and jealously asks why her stone isn’t the same color as mine, a light brown sphere. Before I can answer, she realizes that it has something to do with the angle she’s looking at it from. I pull it close to my eyes and see that inside the stone is a picture of John Richards with a note written on it. My brain registers that this is a family member of mine, but I can’t figure out who for several seconds. When I realize who it is, I vaguely wonder why I’d have a picture of him in my ring. I end up opening a box of jewelry that I apparently got for my birthday over a year ago. I find a silver necklace with a piece of green resin decorated in silver stars dangling from it, a small black watch with a face cover, and several Pandora bangle bracelets. I pull out my old Christmas one and say something about how I don’t like wearing them anymore and she agrees as she shows me her own. She says something about how they jingle too much … I’m in a tub with Brody. It’s not meant for two people, so it feels very cramped. Before I know what’s happening, the door to the bathroom swings open and Brody is there (not sure how) — cracking up — with Renee, who looks disturbed. I’m immediately embarrassed. At some point, Renee is replaced with my mom. Trying to act like I find this all funny, I ask Brody why he’d bring them in here, but he won’t stop laughing. When I realize my mom and Renee have left the bathroom, I call out, “Oh, don’t be jealous!” in an apparent attempt to save face … I’m somewhere with Renee where we see a bunch of tiny monkeys hopping around. I look under some sort of structure to find an otter the size of my finger — which is supposed to be a monkey — and end up calling 9-1-1 over it … I’m on my couch with Mikey Pizzi talking about some game show where people can win a lot of money. We keep laughing hysterically.
