The Worst Magicians Ever

I am walking down the street with a boy of about 12. We are making our way to our first performance as magicians. He hands me a bag. Inside the bag is a small dog. The boy has another identical dog in his shorts pocket. His plan is to later perform a trick using the two identical dogs to create an illusion. I think to myself that the dog in his pocket is rather obvious as it is moving around and doesn't hold much hope of fooling the audience. When we get to our venue we approach the stage and the boy hands me several decks of cards. It soon dawns on me that we have never rehearsed a single trick and the audience is due any time now. We start to run through some tricks and I think to myself that this is about to be the worst magical performance in history.
