Gran falls over

I had a dream I was walking near my house and saw gran walking away. I called out to her and she fell onto the grassy sidewalk. I ran up to her and at first it looked like she was knocked unconscious. I called out to her and she started to stir and complain of pain so I tried to get help but everybody around me was just having fun and not understanding the gravity of the situation. I cried.
