Whatever happens, just smile 😊

I’m in the yard at my job. I’m talking to someone on the phone. One of my drivers approaches me and hands me a letter. I smile at him and notion towards my phone to let him know I’m busy. At the same time I open his letter to read that he will be off until October of 2022. My stomach drops because I have to figure out how to cover him being off until October. I look back at him and smile, even though inside I’m pissed.
