The Most Irritating Musicians Showing​ Off

I've arranged to meet my girlfriend in a restaurant. I arrive before her and wait. While waiting I see that a man is behind the counter playing the flute. Another man, a customer this time, is sat with a girl and he is playing a guitar. I get the impression they are both showing off. Neither is attempting to accompany the other and the result is a cacophonous atonal mess as they selfishly indulge their egos. I'm very annoyed by the fact that, although they are decent enough to play alone, their lack of impromptu collaboration tells me they are far from being justified in their musical smugness.
