Weird rug puppets

So I was planning my wedding and out looking for a band. I wind up in this cool music district downtown (doesn't really exist in real life ) and stop at a cafe where some life performances were going on. There was one section that had about 14 men with these really colorful rolled up rag rugs. I ask them what kind of music they do and the leader told me to sit down and watch. All the rugs were sitting up right and resembled organ pipes. There was a total of 14 men. They all sat down behind their rugs and they started playing what sounded like flutes. It reminded me of the Native American music with their wooden flutes who play in front of malls all the time. Anyway , the group I watched used their rugs as puppets as they played. The rugs had faces as the music was went on and the men danced around . It was really comical. Just a bunch of guys with these rug puppets that played music and danced around . I sat there and drank my coffee and had a nice time. After that I went to a couple of parks to look at venues in hope to find place that could fit all my friends and this cool band .
