Illiterate Hillbillies and ID Forms

I dreamt of illiterate men trying to fill out application forms. Two men were trying to apply for an ID and went to try and get one. They both were overweight,and spoke like hillbillies. They scribbled and doodled all over their forms instead of simply signing and printing their social security numbers on the paper. Finally one finished before the other, and decided he was going to stay across the street from where the building was in a neighborhood. One was a parking lot and no building there and the other one was a rich house across the street. One guy ended up going and getting in the neighbor's jacuzzi that was in the front yard. The last guy who finally finished the application came over and hosed himself down with a water hose on the lot. The process was more important that one end up getting their identification than the other. The whole time they argued and bickered. The one that was important to ran off through the woods. In the end of my dream they were still trying to find him.
