Camping and illness

I dreamt I went on a trip. We were at a lake area with a big RV. One of the campers with me was James from Cinemassacre on YouTube. Famous for being the Angry Video Game Nerd. Check him out! Anyway. I cant exactly remember how but i had cut my left hand badly in between my index finger and thumb. I contracted something. It began crippling me until I was in a wheelchair. We went home and they pushed me inside my home. I said but I cant stay alone in this condition. They all left and I never heard from anyone. I ended up falling asleep in the dream then waking up in reality
