Blocking The Driveway Again

I'm at home looking out the window when I notice a very small blue car parked over the driveway. I go into the public building next door and confront the driver. After a few exchanged words he begrudgingly gets into his car and drives fully onto my next door neighbour's driveway, being so close as to block the front door. Policemen immediately emerge from hidden spots and interview the man, with a camera crew filming everything. I realise that the entire scene is being filmed for a fly on the wall documentary about the police force.
