Life was slightly different

So in this dream i looked and felt like me but i was in a new version of my life. I new everyone from my old life (my resl life) but in the dresm everything was slightly different. My parents were differ, i had a different car i had the same friends but they were also diferent. I kept trying to get things to go back to the way they were. Wverything was slightly happier and i disnt like it. Everyones core personality was similar except for me i was looss loosing my mind.
