I was at my childhood home looking out the window into the back yard. In my dream there was a new tree planted out there (like 7ft tall). There was a big flash which I assumed was lightning and when I could see again there was now a giant tree like a skyscraper. I go outside and start knocking on the tree and you can tell it's hollow. I go around the entire tree knocking until eventually I break through. I start breaking off the bark so I could go inside. The shell of the tree collapses and I can see the original tree I planted in the center, burnt up but still kind of alive. All I could do was clean up the bark of the tree that collapsed and hope the little tree would make it. (I've been having a hard time recently, I feel like I've been putting on a front for others...I'm just so tired. I feel I'm that little tree trying to hang in there). Thought this dream was full of metaphors haha
